Classic Tau Sounds Expanded

Description
This adds the classic tau cannon sounds and expands upon it.
Instead of leaving the unique BM sounds untouched, I added half life sounds to them to help tie all the sounds together.

If it doesn't work then put 'snd_restart' into console, check for conf

its a sub series that acts as a sort of sequel to the original megaman games as whole called "megaman x" that started out on the snes back in 1993 and the first 4 games were pretty good but the other four kinda suck and im pretty sure i hear the buster charge sound from mmx7 in there.

idk man just look up the wiki for megaman or smth im not here to provide a history about the entirety of megaman and its lore and stuff like that.

oh and also i like this mod.
