Description
The Esquiline-class Light Cruiser - Escort variant was a retrofit program for the former CDF Cruiser "Aurora", which joined Meridian squadron and continued the fight against the Khan's Enclave, after Malta and the CDF had fallen.

While the Esquiline was introduced as the central heavy element in the CDF's Destroyer-centric doctrine, the Rider squadrons included a large number of armored and heavy cruisers, as well as the Battleship Ravager. Therefore Aurora received a Brawler-focused refit to repurpose her from long range bombardment to a swift, light Escort-Cruiser, capable to shield and protect the Rider's heavy assets from enemy Destroyers.


This variant was optimized towards Server-performance and has been striped of most of its interior and decorative elements.
