Shop LDC1 7x3 RICO 1-253-3

In the game, this is the first level shop for 16 workers.

In reality, this is a three-story, three-entrance building with 20 apartments with a shop on the ground floor.
Typical soviet house in middle 20th century.
Series 1-253-3.

The walls of the building are repainted in one of four colors - light yellow, apricot, light green, beige.


After building a building, you can choose one of three roof options:

• red metal
  
• green metal
  
• brown shiver
  
• asbest shiver
  
• blue metal

To select a roof option, you need the Building Variations mod.
The building will work without the BuildingVariations mod, but you will not be able to change the type of roof.

The store has no sign. You can use my Signboards pack for shops. Or any other you like.
To place signs on the store, I recommend using Move It and Prop Snapping.



This asset should be used with the Ploppable RICO Revisited mod.
You can also use a old Ploppable RICO.
Without RICO this is a unique buildings without any functions and parameters!
For construction, it is still very convenient to use Find It! 2.

Houses series 1-253 use the same textures, so I recommend using Loading Screen Mod to save memory your PC.
