it seems like it works for me, if it doesnt work via workshop for you then maybe you should move the mod to the addons folder

the voice is quiet. Can you make it a bit louder? In nihilanth i can barely hear anything what the suit says while the vannila is hearable.

It didn't change from the original upscale which is 44100 Hz
If you're trying to mod in your own audio I used audacity to export the audios as .WAV and the encoding needs to be "Signed 16 bit PCM"
