Default loading bar fix.

Description
This should replace all the ugly ugly old disgusting terrible custom campaign loading bars contained in most old campaigns made before 2015 with the much better default one.

It was on purpose but it was because they thought it looked cool. It really doesn't lol.

Why alot of older custom campaings had that weird loading bar? was that on pourpose or...?
