Unhide vanilla assets / more whistle posts

Description
I discovered that there are some assets hidden in the game files, that are currently made unusable. I made them accessible again. These assets are the sounds barriers and yard lights that are also in Transport Fever 1. I made also some changes to the other variants of the P-tafels (German whistle posts), so all the unused variants in the game files are usable now. I removed the end year of the old bench asset, just because why not?

A mod that makes the track field lights and the noise barriers available has only been here around for 2 years, but then another one of them o.O
