I tried to do a luxury condo... in the arctic.

It's made almost entirely out of wood so you can use it for warmth if you get low on supplies

The map features a the main building, a generous amount of flat area behind it and a helipad

In the main building there is a staff room (behind the reception desk), 4 rooms with glass walls, a kitchen and a really big terrace that is looking over the helipad
