Empress (Black Rock Shooter: Dawn Fall)

Description
This mod adds the Empress incarnation of Black★Rock Shooter from the anime Black★★Rock Shooter: Dawn Fall as a playable character.
Features fully rigged arms, team variants and both a shaded and shadeless variation.

Massive thanks to noam 2000 for doing all the heavy lifting and helping me rig and set up the model for 4/SM's player model system!!! I have no idea how to work with it myself.
