Rebalance for terrorists and 6 typo fixes!

-Elevates some lesser terror related crimes to be more likely on higher security convicts. (So terrorists in lower security groups are now less likely.)-Fixes 6 further typos thanks to Juuhaza ! (and myself)-Please keep a save game around incase the next update of PA clashes.
