Junkyard Rebels

Description
This mod adds the Junkyard Rebels fleet to the game as an AI faction.

The Junkyard Rebels are a swarm faction, they mostly build more basic looking ships from stuff they found in junkyards and ship graveyards. Intending to outnumber their opponents whenever possible.
