Lore:
The Common Climber Fish is a species of armoured, herbivorous fish from the Tr'allanga home world's sub-terrain oceans.

This species of fish in particular lives close to the ocean surface, often in caves with bio luminescent plants and various aquatic coral species.

These fish feed by either; chipping away at said corals with their mandibles; or by climbing out of the water with their hooked fins and dragging plants into their maw.

These mandibles; combined with its exoskeleton and sharp fins; allow it to deter predators, keeping them away from its vulnerable underside.

Common Climber Fish reach sexual maturity at 10 years old and have a lifespan of 12 years; they grow to 5ft long on average, and they reproduce in a manner similar to some earth fish.

The female will lay its eggs in shallow water out of the reach of predators in a clump and will leave them for a male to fertilise; the female on average is able to do this once every few days.

But once the eggs are fertilised by a random male who finds them, said male will simply leave and continue to search for more eggs to fertilise.

These eggs take a few days to develop fully; but after hatching; the new born Climber Fish will swim away and seek food on their own.
