Added NPCs from the [VJ] Payday 2 Police SNPCs to the list so combat music can be played.

The reason I made this is because I made PAYDAY 2 SBM DLC.
SBM DLC: PAYDAY 2

It works without an SBM, but don't forget to support the original author!

The payday 2 snpcs are broken, its not this addon's fault, human grunt won't be fixing his snpcs cause he stopped making mods and updating them. wanted to leave this message for the creator and people in the comment sections say this addon is broken in the future.
