Lariat Prop from the Majotori game, made with props from the SProps Addon. It's not 100% scale of the player but honestly in my point of view it's very good, more if you want to use it to decorate or to play with it (you know what I'm talking about).

A warning also is that this prop has a lot of props, so on high end computers I don't recommend using it, as well as if you don't use the SProps addon when you defrost it it will get very slow from your Garry Mod, so downloading it won't hurt.
