Space Equilibrity - Additional Difficulty Modifiers

This is a submod, main Space Equilibrty Mod is required.
Put this mod after the main mod in your mods load order.

The main mod doesn't add any additiona "cheats" to the AI.
However, if you're not against it (vanilla has "cheats" anyway), you can use this mod to give an AI bigger edge.

These additional bonuses to all default AI empires are only applied on Grand Admiral difficulty.

Reduced the cost of all megastructures
Removed the minor artifacts cost for Mega Art Installation
Increased the amount of megastructures AI can upgrade at the same time (to somewhat counteract the fact that the can build only 1 at time most of the time)
Increased the speed of infiltration progress in spy networks
Increased the amount of envoys (to counteract some problems with envoys management): works best with AI Spymaster


When the mid-game year is reached, these additional bonuses are applied:
+40% to Naval Capacity (100% cumulative with regular GA modifier).
+50% to Fleet Size Capacity
-20% to Defense Platforms build cost (60% cumulative with regular GA modifier)

When the late-game year is reached, these additional bonuses are applied::
+40% to Naval Capacity (140% cumulative with regular GA modifier and mid-game modifier)
+50% to Fleet Size Capacity (100% cumulative with mid-game modifier)
-20% to Defense Platforms build cost (80% cumulative with regular GA modifier and mid-game modifier)

When the end-game year is reached (when them timed victory is usually triggered), these additional bonuses are applied:
+60% to Naval Capacity (200% cumulative)
+100% to Fleet Size Capacity (200% cumulative)
