ArmA3 Extension

Description
ArmA3 Extension adds 3 game modes: Assault, DustCTI and Grunt along with an extended Combat Patrol version (added Search & Rescue task).

With this new version A3EX is no longer an Addon but a Modification since some A3 objects have their values altered and as such A3EX should not be used online unless the server runs A3EX too.

The missions have been added to the main menu 'Scenarios' this time for easier access and the heavier Assault and DustCTI have had a singleplayer respawn added to them (use TeamSwitch in Combat Patrol and stay alive in Grunt).
This singleplayer respawn system works well, very well, but not 100% so don't get upset if it fails.

All missions except the demo versions are also selectable when hosting multiplayer (dedicated server mission rotation settings can be found in the mod folder 'serverA3EX.cfg'). Assault supports 2 headless clients and DustCTI one headless client.

Prepared units (Arma3 standard) have been added in own factions for US 1st and 3rd Infantry, US 1st Cavalry, US 82nd and 101st Airborne, US Marines, British 3rd division, Royal Marines and Parachute Regiment, Finland, Horizon Islands Army, AAF (rearmed with SPAR-16), Iran, Russia (incl VDV and MPR), PLA, PLA Marines and the previous stand alone pack of retextured Swedes. None of these are any special to what you already have besides some light retex and arm-patches but they bring the built in support-calls (see below) with no extra work required from the mission maker.

Supporting the Assault game mode all factions have mobile headquarters with features like adding ai teams, requesting wheels, paradrop (only some factions/subgroups) and calling airstrike and firesupport - The MHQ's comes in 3 sizes with different span of services.
Similar to the MHQ most factions have JTAC units serving Airstrike and Firesupport calls (0-8 menu for players and user-actions on ai).

Some factions received their own version of static 'Destroyer' which along with the Carrier shares some features of the MHQ options (used in some Assault missions).

All units have options to call Supply Drops (ammobox or wheels) and Helicopter Transport.

Vehicles have been speed-synchronized resulting a 'Slow/Q' combat speed of 10-15 km/h and 'Normal/W' speed 50-55 km/h for in-town movement - 'Full/E' speed is the same as before (slow speed is also very useful in ai crowded spots).

Tracked vehicles have had their 'TankTurnForce' halved to improve turning sluggishness (let go of the gas pedal to turn on city streets). Armor values for the FV-720 (MBT level) have been reduced and the IFV-6 Panther series have their armor upped from 500 to 700 closer to the 900 of the full turret Slammer.

Most APC models have had support versions added (repair, ammo, medevac) with their turret removed.

Some vehicles give the option to apply/stow camo nets on hull and turret, standing next to them.

Most of above features can be disabled by adding the A3EX Features Gameplay Logic to the mission.

Added weapons include AT-4, NLAW, Rbs70 and SMAW where the AT-4 and NLAW use A3EX disposable system.

The singleplayer pbo also brings high-dispersion settings for weapons (not affecting players, only ai) and lower armor values for vests along with short-grass adjustments to Altis, Stratis, Malden and Tanoa.

Hosting this in multiplayer needs both oden.bikey and odenSP.bikey and as such the server host can deside how much to allow (but it adds complexity to end users skipping the *sp.pbo as they need to move the *sp.pbo before joining, but the option is there).
After all, A3EX is singleplayer and coop oriented not needing the PvP grass of default settings.

An extensive set of groups have been set up for all new factions with a few 'special use' groups supporting the A3EX Combat Patrol (to be ignored).

Done some homework on that Sako M23 and I think the SPAR-16 and -17 could fit well for an Ak24 and "Ak25" for the 7.62 (shame on FMV is they select a different name) with some artistic freedom.
Will come with next update.

This mod pack needs an update. Försvarsmakten have resently decided what weapon will replace the AK5, and it will not be a bullpop rifle, nor eill it be called the AK6. The replacement ill be the Finnish Sako m23, designated AK24 in both 5,56 mm and 7,62 mm. So for any 2035 scenario including Swedish Armed Forces, the AK24 should be what they are armed with.

Hold on, I see I still have the core A3EX with that same rule - I will remove that (and from the gamemodes while at it) and upload it again.

Running from 3den sets them in debug mode. Run solo on server or singleplayer.

Hi! I tried the gamemodes, but wondered why the players damage gets disabled ingame while it is set on in the editor? The enemy dies when it gets shot, but the player(s) live forever.
