This Facepack is (kinda) included in the TM Realist pack. The author used this facepack but gave them a transparent background. Since it's a mega mod that doesn't offer option to mix and match I won't bother continuing this FacePack except for my own personnal use. Maybe sometimes Imma update it.

@andrea : salut! pour le mac a priori je ne peux rien faire, c'est lié à la manière dont les developpeurs ont concus le jeu. Je crois qu'ils sont en train de régler ça.
