11 x 59 Intermodal Rail Container Showcase

This is a collection of intermodal shipping containers built to be transported by rail or by truck. They are all 11x11x59 blocks and are basically made by extending an 11x11x29 container by 15 blocks on both ends. These are approximately the same length as my trailers for my trucks and loosely resemble real containers built for the same purposes.

Each container has electrical connectors in the corners as well as in an 11x29 section towards the middle of the container. There are also 9 block cargo rails to mount the containers on cargo rails like the ones I put in cargo aircraft. They all can be picked up with a forklift or crane designed to move 11x29 containers however the forklift will need to be able to lift extra weight in order to effectively move the containers.

This set includes two working containers that items can be stored in, one empty container made for my Stormworks Transportation Company, and a blank frame that can be used to make more containers like the ones shown. One of the usable containers is equipped with my flipping HAZMAT placard system and can cycle through 10 hazard classes and 4 sub-classes for transporting hazardous materials.
