Updated for RR DLC and the New skill tree mechanic!

I also made sure that the old skill tree still works as it did. If you prefered to play that way instead, just select Classic under Legacy Skilltrees in the Game Rules.

Two new Heroes have been added for variety as well as spells and Skill trees for the changeling Heroes. (I've given a summary of changes in the changelog for those curious)
