Nuke V2

An improved version of the current de_nuke with various graphical improvements.
The flow of the map has not been modified in any way.

Change-log:
- Increased the brush count on the rounded ceiling in the back halls.
- Added smoothing groups to the back halls ceiling, so it looks smoother than a babies bottom.
- Added func_brush tracks to the ramp area and bombsite B.
- Replaced concrete thing in bombsite B with a metal pallet.
- Replaced door props with higher quality variants.
- Reverted A to B wall penetration from pervious update.
- Blocked visibility through the bottom of the containers at A with a wooden plank instead of an odd black brush.
- Added additional detail to the back halls and the toxic storage room.
- Added additional detail to the vents.
- Made it more obvious to new players that you can’t jump from the roof of the warehouse to the roof of storage.
- Fixed strange lighting in the back halls.
- Fixed misaligned grate textures in bombsite B.
- Fixed misaligned wall textures in bombsite B.
- Blocked off areas where the bomb could get stuck.
- Changed the CTs from the SAS to the GSG9.
- Changed the APC to a GSG9 Armoured car.
