AI navy generator (Frigate's Content Pack Version)

Description
This version is purely to be used when playing Random Country Placement with Frigate's Content Pack.


Do not use this without either of them. This mod relies on frigate's new ship designer to work, yet it also deletes all fleets (which was usually done by Random Country Placement, but is overwritten by frigate's) and other country modifiers/status effects/whatever.

Original mod: AI Navy Generator (for Random Country Placement) [MtGE Compatible] (don't use both versions at once btw)
