Amtrak Pride GF6C

Amtrak was formed on May 1, 1971 to take over passenger services from private railroads across the US due to decline in service. Amtrak provides medium and long-distance intercity service in the contiguous United States and to nine Canadian cities.

This train is modeled after the concept art of the GF6C electric locomotive designed by EMD. This livery is based on the Day 1 livery on EMD E8 locomotives. The livery has been reworked to resemble the progress pride flag. The locomotives are numbered 2004 and 2015 for the years when Massachusetts Legalized same sex marriage in 2004 and with it was legalized nationally in the US in 2015.

Train functions as a regular passenger train but due to its length some additional consideration might be needed when setting up passenger stations for it. Consult the "How to use very long passenger trains, building station complex" by REV0
