Better Shape System

No more top shape Elsa Jacquemot (WTA 247) winning Wimbledom year one, just because everyone else is not in such a good shape.

Shape now goes from -1 to +2, instead of -3 to +3. It's also a bit harder to be on very good or very bad shape.

My goal is to rebalance the game a bit with this because boy.. it was killing my fun, both too punishing when it's low, and too rewarding when it's high. I felt I was play Shape Manager 2022..

I've played half a season with this setting and I had much more fun, feel free to send me feedbacks!

PS: You need to start a new save unless you know how to apply the SQL request to your current save.
