Better Progression System (beta)

This is a beta.

"Late bloomers? More like never bloomers" (no more!)

I feel the 18 yo boost for physical training is too steep and irealistic. I've decided to rebalance it, and also the whole progression system as in my game it was more like.

Overall every player should still have the same progression bonuses during his career, but they are more evenly spread out.

Note: I haven't had the chance to test it out thoroughly as I can't really manage to play more than a few seasons without my CPU burning. Give me feedbacks!
