[ECR] Battery Beacons

This is a collection of battery powered beacons by Europa Custom Retrofitters.

With the Urban Expanses update giving a much needed face lift to the colonies and outposts of Europa, I felt that the one beacon station available in vanilla is severely lacking. Not only are they incredibly easy to solve but also provide very minimal rewards for completing, even costing you a fuel rod and providing nothing but a few welders and an extra suit. Needless to say, getting your crew to repair a beacon was impossible without some kind of reward.

These stations also aim to provide services and capabilities that you may not have access to on your submarine. The research station contains a medical fabricator and research bench, the drill site contains some raw materials and a deconstructor/fabricator, the prison is loaded with small arms but requires privileged access through hidden key cards, and all beacons have vending machines for your crew to spend their hard-earned marks.

All of the beacons can accommodate a Berilia-class vessel, meaning all of the vanilla subs, but terrain generation does not guarantee clearance for submarines. In my testing, I could fit the berillia in 9 times out of 10, with one case having the terrain too close to the sides. Because of this, there is a little bit of charge in the batteries that will last you a few minutes if you can make it out of the map in time, but it is highly recommended to charge them through your sub's docking port so you have enough time.
