Simple Hurt Effect

Description
Adds a simple hurt effect when you are hurt in any way.

Makes screen red for several seconds when hit and plays random hurt sound from hl2 that everyone around can hear

Would be useful if you could make it not make the sound... I have another mod for the sound but no good damage indication mod.
