Carrier CIWS Ammo Increase

Workshop Request: Someone mentioned the 1.3.0 change to 100 shots was less realistic. This mod changes the CIWS ammo capacity on the carrier to appear to hold 1000 shells as well as to appear to consume much more ammo to keep in line that a real CIWS can shoot 3000 rounds per minute.

This mod is just for visual only and does not actually change the ammo stored nor the ammo consumed as there is no way to modify that data at this time.
