Description
Currently, it checks for workshop items updates every 10 minutes and kindly sends a message in chat regarding it.
The chat window must be active to show the notification.

I plan to add settings to this but right now I do not have the time to do so. Once it is done and tested I'll push it here of course.

Mod code is in a single line
I wanted to know if its possible to change the timer and the msg, its fine tho i can live with what we have hehe!

Due to modding limitations, the message cannot be sent as a normal /all message. As far as I know, we cannot send messages as if they were a player. There are some issues that it also mimics the last chat mode you had open when displaying, like /yell.

Sadly I can't do much; I wish there were a way to send messages to discord directly. As well as options to save/restart the server from a mod, but there is none. The existing modding API corrupts saves when saving from a mod.
