Other than being one of the heaviest and longest ships in the fleet, she has the most disgusting role for her class. She's a super-cruiser.... That snipes. Her role as a sniper pushed her design to make a her a semi-fast super-cruiser, but slower than other CBs. With the coming of time CBs, CCs, and BBs, most large-vessels don't have double range extension guns, meaning Hinshikaze preforms best in long-range combat. At long range, single ER guns don't damage as well as they would in CQC, meaning Hinshikaze has superior durability at range. Everything about her makes her good at sniping. She can't brawl for crap though. Her guns move slowly for small adjustments, specially effected for range. She also has the hottest hull around ; )
