Description.

The C12 class steam locomotive was designed as a small and light locomotive for simple lines with strict axle weight restrictions.
Together with the C56 class, the C12 class was offered to the military and sent across the sea to China, Thailand, Russia, Indonesia, and Taiwan.
In Taiwan, it is preserved as CK124.
