Atmospheric Torches

Description
This mod simply adds an orange tint to normal torches and tiki torches, with their placed tiles and biome torches getting a slight flicker for atmosphere. The flicker can be disabled and brightness edited in the mod's config.

Unfortunately, due to complicated code stuff the flicker can't be added to the held or dropped torch item.
Also, there is an extremely unlikely but possible chance for IL conflicts with other mods, so if you're running a mod that IL edits the exact same obscure line of code this one does, it might cause problems. The only case for this would be another mod editing the torch item's held or dropped light colors through IL.

Credits:
•MutantWafflez (IL editing)
•Gryfu (Polish translation)
•Alino4kaHvoshch & xenofite (Russian translation)

ok i was able to record it, where can i send the vid?

@ProstoNekit I've not been able to reproduce that yet. It sounds like it's an issue with flickering where it's not being multiplied by the BrightnessOffset from the config, though I can't think of a reason that calculation wouldn't work.

btw i thick it ""might"" be happening only near other light sources, relics, pylons, campfires
ProstoNekit 26 Apr @ 11:03pm
like they sometimes become really bright for half a second

it is fixed but for some reason tiki torches sometimes flicker with fullbrightness
i've tried disabling/enabling torch flickering, changing torch brightness
