"The Fiat CR.42 Falco ("Falcon", plural: Falchi) is a single-seat sesquiplane fighter developed and produced by Italian aircraft manufacturer Fiat Aviazione. It served primarily in the Italian Regia Aeronautica in the 1930s and during the Second World War."

This is a nimble, fast fighter perfectly equipped for any propellor-plane dogfight and interception duties.

PERFORMANCE:
Max speed: 106 M/S (380 KPH)
Recommended cruise speed, 60% throttle: 72 M/S (260 KPH)

I usually cruise at 60% throttle so the engine doesn't poop itself

Takeoff/stall speed: about 35 M/S

AGILITY
This plane is fantastically maneuverable, able to roll and turn very quickly. Rudder control is average at best.
NOTE: There is no gyro system, which leads to marginal stability, and it can be kinda hard to takeoff and land. Exercise caution when landing, as tipping to the side will make the wheel fairings hit the ground.
Make sure to trim the plane as needed, if you don't know how press down your "alt" key

ARMAMENTS
In real life, the CR.42 was equipped with two Breda-SAFAT synchronised 12.7mm machineguns. Since the MGs in stormworks are ass, this plane is armed with two light autocannons with 100 rounds of AP ammo each.
DO NOT LOAD AMMO OTHER THAN AP OR KINETIC
In addition, there are two bomb hardpoints, which both launch at the same time.
