Plissken Tow Vehicle

Description
A capable towing vehicle with good handling and a low/high range automatic gearbox.

It's not quite finished to the point where I would want it, but has quite a lot of features and everything implemented works as is. The storage compartments could do with some fleshing out and the detail work could be better. It's fully servicable with a flip front.
