NEUTRAL SPECIAL: gum-gum pistol/ rocket
luffy stretches his fist forward to punch his opponent if tapped again will multi hit/ luffy stretches his fist forward to grab and bash into his opponents

SIDE SPECIAL: gum-gum rush/ grab
luffy dashes very fast in one direction while trying to bash into his opponent/ if move is done on the ground luffy will try to grab opponent towards the end


UP SPECIAL: Gum-gum storm (fist-less edition)
luffy corks up and then leaps in the air if (B) is pressed again then he will uncork and launch himself upwards

DOWN SPECIAL: gum-gum balloon
luffy will puff up in a balloon shape to try and counter enemy attacks


SPECIAL MECHANICS
<luffy has two modes basic and PUMPED UP! on pumped up mode he is faster but at the cost of grabs and less control pumped up will activate if ultra meter is at half way.>
<luffy has multiple ultra one if you don't press anything, one in the air, one if you press up, and one if some hits you>
