Beni 15.2/270cm Field Gun

"For it's Hi, Hi, Hee! In the field artillery..."

Before the onset of the war, the Segierian Military saw need to replace its ageing batteries of 75mm field guns. Beni was an up-and-coming arms manufacturer and seized the new tender to create a work of art.

A one-hundred and fifty-two millimetre howitzer with a semi-automatic breech, direct fire scope and an indirect fire ballistic calculator. A revolutionary piece of kit that predicts the shells trajectory based on the elevation of the gun.

It is heavy, compared to its predecessor and Kyma 'equivalent', requiring at-minimum a truck to tow it any meaningful distance. But that downside is more than made up for with its heavy-hitting shell and creature comforts for the crew.

The set of gunner controls, on the left, are simple arrow push buttons to traverse and elevate the gun, the button underneath these controls is to fire the gun.

The set of dials and the gauge on the left are for indirect fire, being able to accurately track the heading("azimuth") of the gun and the elevation, as well as predict the distance the shell will go.

The loader, on the opposite side, has access to the breech button. This button closes (or opens) the breech. The gunner is able to access this button as well, although it's less obvious.

On the legs of the field gun are a button and a key switch. The Key switch handles the brakes and the button deploys/stows the legs.
