Eternally High Infestation

Description
Just a little mod that keeps the Courtyard infestation at the highest level following the death of the Countess.

For those who wish to experience the infestation a second time, or who want to test out a mod affecting the infestation without starting a new save.

It will stay high no matter what. I could look into having a quest or action that reduces it but I don’t think that’s possible, if I remember how it works correctly…

waitwaitwait- does this mod just turn the infestation mechanic back on so i have to periodically do a mission in the courtyard like before the duchess died? or does it turn it back on and it's gonna stay high no matter what?
