Description
This historic cinema building is an art deco inspired neon treasure. I adapted the original cinema name to "Jersey" on the marquee. It is typical for many old cinema/theater building of the past eras to have gone dark and then later repurposed to a new use. With this in mind I have placed a burlesque club as the tenant.

Backstory on the inspiration

This architecture and look of the asset based on the Stadium Theater in Jerseyville, Illinois near St Louis. S.E. Pirtle opened the theater on November 26, 1949, and many of those who enjoyed catching a “show” at the Stadium as young children now enjoy watching movies with their grandchildren and great grandchildren in the same theater.

As for the name of the burlesque club. I simply found the Carousel Burlesque logo in a google search and thought it would make for a good sign for this club. Only after I was 80% done with the project did I learn this logo was originally from the club that Jack Ruby[en.wikipedia.org] operated in Dallas.

About the Building Asset

This asset is 14M wide. It would be realistic to treat this as a W2W asset and position it with Move-It. Or you can place it on a corner or midblock and leave the 2M walkway as a path for the emergency exits.
