Is there a way to apply this mod to the minimap?

What you want is that the fog is not discovered by visiting the map, just by reading the maps? is it this ?

More specifically of what I want is to have the entire map highlighted but still hidden if possible. So fog is still there. I would want it like that because your other mod of hiding player icon is done very well and works with darker maps + Cartography modifier. Because of known areas you find become highlight which is very annoying and gives away where you have gone. I only want that to be changed where its one consistent color so I can change my map color and keep it the way I like while unlocking the map still. With the maps mod too. All of that in one would be the dream.

there is a setting to expose entire map when you set up the server.
