For those who doesent know how to make it work:
Soo Go to your L4D2 Folder C:\Steam\steamapps\Left 4 Dead 2\ l4d2
Then go to Addons C:\Steam\steamapps\Left 4 Dead 2\ l4d2\Addons\workshop
And then in workshop folder find these files named 2820105341.vpk and 2820105341.jpg and then put them in addons folder.
I hope this will help you and now enjoy your fucking noise!
