Description
This is a futuristic-looking plain highrise with no particular inspiration, the stats are as follows:

Type: Unique Building 4x4

Main:
Tris: 942
Verts: 1404
Texture: 4096x4096

LOD:
Tris: 462
Verts: 568
Texture: 512x512

The stats are based on the vanilla Sea and Sky Scraper

After playing Cities Skylines for 7 years, I've finally decided to create some custom buildings. As this is my first custom model for this game (or any game) I'd be happy for any feedback, I've also uploaded the import folder of the model:
