Dog Handlers with Tazers

This mod provides dog handlers with tasers.

Newly recruited dog handlers have a taser automatically immediately upon hiring; dog handlers hired before activating this mod need to go to armory to obtain one.

No additional research or actions needed.

Can be added in or removed from a game at any time without corrupting the save file.
