Note:
im not sure if the blueprints that are in the Fortress, were you spawn them, im not sure that they will work or not if you dont have the blueprints, but if you realy want to spawn in the specific ship you might have to download it from the workshop and replace the one thats allready in the Vehicle blueprint Spawner with the newer one werever you put it.

If you want to launch the sattelite there is a controll block next to it with the interact prompt, just press q on it and watch it go,
There are blueprint spawners at the back of the Base, not sure if they will work for you if you dont have the vehicles but same thing press q and watch it get 3D printed
