[Photon] ACT Police Pack (Final)

This is going to be my final pack for the ACT atleast for now. This pack uses the brand new Commodore created by dannio that I commissioned, as well as revisits my old VW Passat, some new cars have also been added.

- Holden Commodore 2014 - GD & Traffic Operations Liveries, Two different lighting setups.
- Revisited VW Passat, improved livery, lighting, interior gear. - Road Policing Livery
- BMW x5, based off of the real life x3 - Road Policing Livery.
- Ford Explorer Utility, Based off of the real life Subaru Outback, Dark Blue and White General Duties Liveries.
- FPIS, Based off of the real life Subaru Liberty

- Full Photon support for emergency lights, VCMod required for regular vehicle lighting
- Exterior Detail, ALPR/ High quality License plates, and Accurate Liveries
- Fully Custom Photon Lighting Patterns, based off off the real patterns (the explorer and fpis have fictional patterns)
- All Liveries In 4k
- Interior Gear included in some of the vehicles

This Pack using the photon livery system, to rotate through the skin slots, enter the vehicle, enter third person and hold C and select the Livery Config menu. You will not be able to change skins from outside the vehicle. - The commodores do not use the photon livery system.
