Noticing the success of Elexis' kei cars, VMC decided to opt in to the micro-vehicle business. The Oncario Equilibrio and Horizon Vegra were built to compete with more well-known companies that produced such vehicles, in an attempt to seize the public eye. Naturally, there was competition between the two divisions, as each wanted the attention of consumers to themselves, which lead to an arms race of car parts to get the upper hand. In the end, both divisions got their fair share of purchases, and both were successful in their own way.

Its a 3 wheeler, if you manage to go anywhere with it and not tip, i'll be impressed.
