The Horizon Certamine had caught the eye of more than just those seeking a flashy car. Criminals quickly snagged as many of them as they could, as they were found to be a competent escape vehicle. The Bricksville Police Department had had one too many failed pursuits against the car, so they decided to opt in and get their own. Fighting fire with fire proved to be effective, and the city's crime rates returned to normal levels.
