1968 Horizon Certamine Stock Car - Vroom Motor Co. - 974b

The Oncario Matador had been ruling the roost in Stock Car races for a while, so Horizon decided to challenge it with their own, attempting to earn themselves a first place position. The two cars jostled for the top of the podium for some time, with the Matador's superior speed keeping it just ahead of the steadier Certamine. In the end, Certamine pulled through, and Horizon's new Stock Car became a popular subject of attention in the racing community for some time.
