OWB - Lost Hills Difficulty Rework

Description
Some parts of the Lost Hills tree I found to be tedious to complete, some malus' too harsh, and some requirements near impossible to obtain. This submod alters all things I found more annoying than challenging. It should allow a player to more easily deal with Californian resistance, attack the NCR more immediately when their circumstances become dire, and consolidate holdings after the war.

Now, for the detailed lists of changes, with corresponding screenshots being shown above:

The first change is the one that will make the most impact when engaging in direct combat with the Republic. The effects of the "Those Evil Tin Cans!" national spirit have been slashed in half. No longer will the player be forced to choose between constant and unsustainable advance into territory they cannot hold, or being withered away by Californian rioters. Instead, they will have to deal with harsh, but still manageable, resistance.

The second change is simple.
A 20 day decrease in the focus time of "A Chance Opportunity". This change will allow players to max out their tension swiftly and immediately proceed to war with the New California Republic, should the NCR be in danger of imminent collapse.

The third change will make the most impact regarding the immediate aftermath of the 2nd NCR-BoS war. In the base mod, the Brotherhood must take every major NCR population center to remove their severe malus' from the aforementioned "Those Evil Tin Cans!" spirit. With the submod, the requirements have been reduced to owning the immediate area around the Lost Hills bunker, with the added caveat that the New California Republic must not exist. This change is conducive to more careful play, as Hail Mary offensives will no longer be necessary to secure all NCR cities before other factions reach them.

The fourth and final change is insignificant. It applies a check to guarantee that you own the states before you can obtain cores on them. This is due to the fact that normally, you would be required to own those states to advance to that point in the tree.

Lastly, thank you very much to the developers of Old World Blues. You've crafted an amazing BoS tree that could last until the final updates.

Great mod! Would love to see contacting chapters take less time as well, like others mentioned.

Thank you so much for making this. I loved the Lost Hills tree in vanilla but this mod improves certain parts that are a little bit more unpleasant.

I do agree with the other two comments though, I would love to be able to contact the other Chapters quicker (77/110 days VS 495 days in vanilla if you add them all together) and a reduction or removal of the political power requirement (it takes almost 3000 political power to get an Intellectual or People Elder as Absolute High Elder).

Great mod overall though.

the main thing I found is it takes why to long to contact every brotherhood chapter, they should all be 7-10 days to contact.

Do you think you can remove some of the PP requirements for focuses like cutting them in half? Also great mod makes Lost Hills more playable.
