An AI pack for MRL/HVLS/ any other launch method that:
* Is spinally aligned with a launching ship and aimed using a spinal weapon
* Technically counts as drone, but cannot function independently

This is incompatible with fleets containing actual drone carriers.

This version is intended to work specifically with submunition buses that require precise ranging
(but may be more limiting for the AI).
