Directional (Broadsider) AI [CQB]

AI pack for ships that need to remain in broadside mode to survive and be effective.

This includes partially, asymmetrically armoured ships like stock Sentinels and spinal gunners that would like to be able to ignore range with their fixed weapons.

(protip: mount some fixed guns on Sentinel-likes to ensure proper facing)

CQB version, ships will try to engage from as close as possible - this can come in handy when aiming those huge spinals.
