70% chance to kill someone silently without alerting their loved ones.

Adds a Passive Buff that will be given to you upon moving one space in the map.

You can see it in your character profile.

Pop ups don't work after killing people for some reason, so you won't get a pop up when it triggers.
There just wont be a wall of hate from their family members.

Lore:
When killing someone with the Death Dagger their body vanishes into smoke.
All of their items that would have alerted their loved ones of their death are burned to dust.
