It works as advertised, however you need to understand a few things: 1- You need to start a new game. 2- You need to start with Destiny "Elder Dragon Aura" or some equivalent mod that creates a sect with Greenscale Spring, to allow the transformation. 3- As you don't have the previous skills, your dragon will only use basic attack, without skills.
